Install.md

Create dir /opt/scripts
Drop cpuwrangler.bash in the new directory
Edit file and change $cpugov to what you want to use, default to conservative
CD to /etc/systemd/system/
Drop in the cpuwrangler.service file
Run systemctl enable cpuwrangler.service

Thats it!
