The Claude incident

This page details the "Claude Incident". I was convinced to try Claude by a friend. Started with a free account did some testing. Made the choice to upgrade to pro. Installed the android app to test it and specifically its voice features. Everything seemed good and then I got a notice that my account was suspended. Also that a refund was issued. The e-mail quoted suspicious signals. In the process I had swapped from my laptop to my phone. The only real difference is the laptop was on my vpn the phone was not. I'm guessing that might have had something to do with it. This all happened from around 12 am to 3 am March 1st / 2nd.
